A better Bærum!

Nurturing and local kindergardens.

We need more people at work inour kindergardens throughout the opening hours. We want kids to be start kindergarten when they are old enough not once a year. 

Strenghten the team around the pupil, so that the teacher can focus on being a teacher.

Our kids deserve a comphrehensive school day with learning and accomplishment. We will reduce theusage of screens, streghten the school libaries and ensure an active school day with food and the possiblity to do your homework at schhol with the help of a teacher. 

Safe and dignified elderly care.

We will invest 1,5 million NOK more in elderly care for every week of the year. This will provide 300 more nursing home beds and 100 more qualified personell at work. Activity, independence and help at need is  key to a diginified elderly care.

Bærum needs to be a solid and attractive workplace. 

School children and elderly people shall meet familliar faces in the municipal services, not hired temporary workers. Everyone who works in Bærum should be offered a 100% permanent position. 

Climate and enviroment as part of everything we do.

All of Bærum should be part of zone 1 for buss, train and metro. We will conserve important places of nature now and clean up in the pollution of the Oslofjord.
